Before you book

Is my request an instant booking?

No. AOR reviews the room, time and setup before approval. Pending requests do not reserve the studio. The availability check only checks confirmed studio bookings, not opening hours or staffing.

How do invoices and payment work?

The standard jamming and rehearsal rate is S$80/hour. AOR confirms the agreed amount and emails your reviewed invoice separately. A booking approval is not proof of payment. A receipt is issued after payment has been verified.

Can I change my booking?

Contact AOR with your request reference so the correction and its reason can be recorded. Approved changes need review; paid bookings need separate reconciliation.

Do AOR staff book here?

Staff should use My Account > Staff Requests for internal studio requests.
