Full setup: applicable neck-relief, action, intonation and pickup-height adjustments, routine cleaning and a playing check. Acoustic work is assessed before confirmation. Fret levelling, replacement nuts/saddles, electronics and structural repairs are not offered in this service.

Guitar servicing questions

Are strings included, and can I bring my own?

Prices are for labour. Strings and replacement parts are additional. You can bring your own strings or tell AOR your preferred strings and gauge for a quote before work starts.

Does a full setup include restringing?

Yes. A full setup includes restringing labour, routine cleaning and applicable playability adjustments. A restring-only service replaces, stretches and tunes the strings, with a basic playing check, but does not include full setup adjustments.

Can I request a bass setup?

Yes. The service menu includes four-string and five- or six-string bass setups. Choose the applicable service and include your instrument details so AOR can assess the work before confirming it.

Should I bring my instrument down immediately?

Wait for AOR to confirm the work, price and collection date before dropping off your instrument. Most full setups take three to five working days. Express and same-day arrangements depend on confirmed availability.
