AOR Studios is a space for our students to delve into the world of studio work, whether it be learning the nuances of mixing and arrangement, to recording or composing their own work. Equipped with world-class, state-of-the-art recording facilities for both studio booth and live sessions, AOR Studios offers production, songwriting classes and even space rental for those who want to host events, educational parties or masterclasses. On top of that, we are also able to songwrite and produce for commercial projects.

MEET SHAWN
SHAWn JASON
STUDIO ENGINEER
Shawn Jason is AOR Studio’s resident studio engineer. Having graduated from SAE Singapore with a BA in Audio Production in 2012, he was also working full-time with Blu Jaz Cafe as their Live Sound Engineer from 2011 till 2013. He then moved onto Timbre as a part-time engineer in 2014 and progressed onto being a Senior Live Sound Engineer for them in 2015 till 2017, when he left to join AOR Studios. In the same year, he was also the monitor engineer for Vader, a Polish Metal band, during their Singapore show.
Shawn records, mixes and masters, with a specialty in working with Live instruments. He enjoys tinkering with synthesizers and is constantly enhancing his knowledge on current recording and production techniques, music gear as well as the industry.
